What is the minimum amount for a gift certificate?
There is no limitation on gift certificate denominations. They can be created in any amount!
Do gift certificates expire?
No! Full gift certificates, and any balance remaining never expires.
will you mail my gift certificate?
Absolutely! You can either pick up the certificate (in Calgary) or I can mail it to you, or directly to the recipient. Mailing is included, there is no additional charge. If mailing directly to the recipient, a message from you can be included.
Can I email the gift certificate?
Yes! You choose the delivery method. Email, physical certificate, or both! Each certificate will have a unique code to use during booking - if choosing both, the code will be the same.
If sessions are on sale, can I purchase a gift certificate at the sale price?
Yes! When purchasing a gift certificate for a full session, you will lock in the current price, even if it's on sale. This is a great option to purchase for yourself, if you know you would like a session, but are not sure when!
If purchasing a certificate in a specific dollar amount, the amount will be deducted from the price of the session at the time of booking. For example, if a session is $500 at the time of certificate purchase, and you purchase a certificate for $250. When the recipient purchases, if the price of a session has increased to $600, the recipient would pay the balance of $350.
how do I redeem a gift certificate?
The booking code on the certificate or in the email can be entered during the payment step of booking a session (whether directly through my website, or via an email link from me).
Are gift certificates refundable?
No. Gift certificates are not refundable. They are transferable, and can be used by anyone with the booking code. I do not monitor who the recipient is, only the purchaser.
